2018 Week 35 Crockpot Chicken BBQ

Ingredients 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup BBQ sauce 1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce sea salt to taste Instructions  Place chicken in the bottom of crockpot.  Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken. Ingredients 4 cups chopped kale 1 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 cup cooked quinoa/brown rice  1/4 cup sliced jarred roasted red peppers 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing  Crumbled feta cheese  Directions  Divide ingredients among 4 mason jars, laying in the following order; greek dressing, brown rice/quinoa, peppers, chicken, cheese, kale.  Enjoy!
