2018 Week 34 Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients 

Chicken wings 

Teriyaki marinade 

1/3 cup soy sauce – I used liquid aminos 

1/3 cup sake 

1/3 cup mirin 

2 TBSP coconut sugar 

Sticky & Hot marinade 

1/4 cup dijon mustard 

1/4 cup hot sauce 

1 cup ketchup 

1/4 cup soy sauce – I used liquid aminos 

1 TBSP coconut sugar 

2 tsp lemon juice 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

Directions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl or ziploc bag.  
  2. Marinate overnight or freeze for use later in the week. 
  3. Grill until cooked through. 
  4. Enjoy!
