Ingredients  2 lbs boneless chicken 3 T. ghee 4 oz. cream cheese 1 packet organic ranch dressing mix Instructions  To make ahead combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag and freeze.  Day of place ziploc bag or all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on keep warm all day.  Enjoy with steamed broccoli or brown rice.

Ingredients 1 chuck roast 1 packet ranch dressing 1 packet gravy mix 1 stick butter 5-10 pepperoncini peppers Directions Put roast in crock pot.   Sprinkle ranch mix and gravy mix on top.  Add butter and place the peppers around it on top of the meat.  Cook on low for 8-10 Enjoy!
