2019 Week 47 Crockpot Roast

Ingredients 2-4 pound chuck roast 1/2 cup prepared horseradish not horseradish sauce!! 4 to 5 cups beef stock Instructions  Pour beef stock in crockpot. Place chuck roast in crockpot and top with horseradish.   Cook on keep warm all day. Enjoy.   *Note my family loves this recipe over mashed cauliflower!

Ingredients  2 cups smooth cashew butter  1/2 cup sticky sweetener of choice (I used honey)  1 & 1/4 cup almond flour 1 scoop No Whey – pea protein powder Instructions  Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.  Roll into balls.  Enjoy throughout the week.
