2019 Week 47 Grilling Marinades

GRILLED MAPLE DIJON PORK CHOPS:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup coarse-grain dijon mustard

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

optional: 1-2 tablespoons finely-chopped fresh rosemary

GRILLED BBQ CHICKEN MARINADE:

1 batch Homemade BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together 1 all the ingredients.
  2. Add chicken to a large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
  3. Press out the extra air in the zip-top bag and seal. Squeeze the chicken in the bag, to make sure all chicken is covered in marinade.
  4. Place the bag in the freezer.
  5. Place the bag in the refrigerator the night before to allow it to defrost.
  6. Grill chicken until cooked through.
  7. Enjoy!
