2020 Week 9 Tomato Basil Steak Crockpot

Ingredients 1 lb zucchini 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil 2 TBSP diced tomatoes 1 TBSP minced garlic 1 tsp minced basil 1 pound sirloin steaks Instructions Mix all ingredients in a freezer bag. Dump in crockpot on the day of, set to keep warm and cook all day. Enjoy!

Ingredients 1 lb frozen sweet potatoes 2 TBSP butter 2 TBSP orange juice 1 TBSP maple syrup 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 pound pork chops Instructions Mix all ingredients in a freezer bag. Dump in crockpot on the day of, set to keep warm and cook all day. Enjoy!
