2019 Week 42 4 Ingredient Protein bites

Ingredients 

2 cups smooth almond or cashew butter 

1/2 cup sticky sweetener of choice (Honey or brown rice syrup)

3/4 cup coconut flour

1 scoop No Whey (pea protein powder) 

Instructions 

1. Line a large tray or plate with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix well. If the batter is too thick, add some liquid (almond milk or water) until a thick batter remains.

3. Using your hands, form the dough into small balls and place on the lined plate/tray. Refrigerate the bites for 30 minutes, or until firm.

4. Enjoy!
