2018 Week 35 Grilled Vietnamese Pork Chops

Ingredients 

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce – I used liquid aminos 

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoons finely grated lemon zest

2 cloves garlic, grated

1 shallot, finely chopped

4 thin bone-in pork chops

Directions 

  1. Place all ingredients in a glass bowl or ziploc bag.  Marinate overnight or freeze for use later in the week.
  2. Grill until cooked through.
  3. Enjoy!
