2018 Week 35 Greek Kale Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients

4 cups chopped kale

1 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup cooked quinoa/brown rice 

1/4 cup sliced jarred roasted red peppers

1/4 cup Greek salad dressing 

Crumbled feta cheese 

Directions 

  1. Divide ingredients among 4 mason jars, laying in the following order; greek dressing, brown rice/quinoa, peppers, chicken, cheese, kale. 
  2. Enjoy!
