Ingredients
1 Green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 lb. Shrimp
4 cups spinach or baby kale
1 – 2 TBSP Todd’s Bayou Dirt Cajun seasoning
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 TBSP Chipotle Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Sautee pepper, onion and shrimp with Olive Oil and Cajun Seasoning.
- Divide Cajun mixture and spinach/kale between 4 mason jars.
- Layer mason jars in the following order; ranch dressing, cajun mixture and spinach or kale.
