2017 Week 10 Savory Bacon & Cheese Waffles

Ingredients

2 pieces cooked uncured turkey bacon

1/4 cup shredded/grated cheese (I used smoked Gouda)

2 TBSP chopped chives 

1 scoop pea protein powder 

1 tablespoon minced chives

1 cup Gluten Free Waffle Mix

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

Instructions

1. Heat waffle iron and spray with a natural cooking spray.

2. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

3. Pour waffle batter on waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron instructions. Continue with remaining batter.

4. Enjoy!
