Ingredients
1 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
1 scoop No Whey pea protein powder
2 TBSP Chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
6-8 drops of stevia
¼ cream cheese/Greek yogurt mixture
4-6 drops of stevia
½ TBSP Lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine oats, protein powder and chia seeds. Stir in yogurt. Divide between two mason jars.
- Add in sweetener.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Top oat mixture with cream cheese mixture then blueberries.
- Seal mason jars with lid, then set in fridge to let sit overnight.
- Enjoy!
