Ingredients
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 TBSP plum sauce
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
2 TBSP liquid aminos
1 TBSP rice wine vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients.
- Add chicken to a large zip-top bag or glass container with lid. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Press out the extra air in the zip-top bag and seal. Squeeze the chicken in the bag, to make sure all chicken is covered in marinade.
- Place the bag in the freezer or a minimum of two hours in the refrigerator before grilling.
- If freezing or use later, place the bag in the refrigerator the night before to allow it to defrost.
- Grill chicken until cooked through.
