2020 Week 23 Crockpot Pork chops

Ingredients

1/4 cup EVOO
1 cup chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP poultry seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
4 thick cut boneless pork chops
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. In a bowl whisk together all other ingredients and pour over pork chops.
3. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
4. Enjoy!
