2020 Week 22 Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Balls

Ingredients 

1 TBSP ground cinnamon 

1/4 cup No Whey (pea protein powder) 

1.5 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 cup honey 

1/2 cup almond meal 

1/4 cup almond butter

3/4 cup of gluten free quick oats 

Instructions 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hands. 
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls.  
  3. Roll into additional protein powder, cinnamon or almond meal (optional). 
  4. Refrigerate. 
  5. Enjoy!
