2020 Week 16 Salmon Bagels

Ingredients 

Smoked Salmon 

5 Gluten free everything bagels, if you need a recipe please click here.  

5 TBSP Cream Cheese 

5 TBSP Greek Yogurt 

5 large tomato Slices 

1 cup spinach 

1 large Cucumber (cut in half, then sliced thin length way)

1 large avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toast bagels. 
  2. Spread 1 TBSP Cream Cheese & 1 TBSP Greek Yogurt mixed together on one side of the Bagel. 
  3. Divide remaining ingredients among the 5 bagels. 
  4. Store in the refrigerator as a grab and go lunch for the week.  
  5. Enjoy!
