5 TBSP Cream Cheese
5 TBSP Greek Yogurt
5 large tomato Slices
1 cup spinach
1 large Cucumber (cut in half, then sliced thin length way)
1 large avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Toast bagels.
- Spread 1 TBSP Cream Cheese & 1 TBSP Greek Yogurt mixed together on one side of the Bagel.
- Divide remaining ingredients among the 5 bagels.
- Store in the refrigerator as a grab and go lunch for the week.
- Enjoy!
