Ingredients
4 pieces White baking chocolate
1/4 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 scoops Pea Protein Powder
1 packet (1 oz) Pudding Mix — I used this one.
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Line a small plate or dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add the chocolate and 2 Tbsp (30mL) milk or your choice of liquid to a small bowl. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until the chocolate is melted. Stir every 10-15 seconds.
- Mix the coconut flour, pudding mix, and protein powder before stirring in the chocolate mixture. Gradually add the honey and remaining milk until you have a thick mixture that can be formed into balls.
- Once you have the right consistency, use a small cookie scoop and place the bites on parchment paper.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer.
