2020 Week 11 Almond Cookie Protein Bites

Ingredients 

1/2 cup almond butter 

3 TBSP Almond milk

1/4 cup Lily’s chocolate chips 

1/2 cup Pea protein powder 

3 TBSP Almond flour 

1/2 tsp sea salt 

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, cream together almond butter and almond milk. Stir in chocolate chips. 
  2. Add protein powder, almond flour and sea salt.  Stir to combine completely and form a dough. 
  3. Roll into 1″ balls.
  4. Store covered in refrigerator. 
  5. Enjoy!
