Week 29 Grilled recipes

Grilled coconut sweet chili chicken
Ingredients
half can coconut milk
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2-4 Chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together 1 all the ingredients.
- Add chicken to a large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Press out the extra air in the zip-top bag and seal. Squeeze the chicken in the bag, to make sure all chicken is covered in marinade.
- Place the bag in the freezer.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator the night before to allow it to defrost.
- Grill chicken until cooked through.
- Enjoy!
Grilled Soy Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup water or stock
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh ginger finely chopped or grated
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2-4 Chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together 1 all the ingredients.
- Add chicken to a large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Press out the extra air in the zip-top bag and seal. Squeeze the chicken in the bag, to make sure all chicken is covered in marinade.
- Place the bag in the freezer.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator the night before to allow it to defrost.
- Grill chicken until cooked through.

Grilled honey sesame Chicken

Grilled chipotle lime chicken
Ingredients

1/3 cup stock or water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons adobo sauce
1 chipotle pepper
2-4 Chicken breasts

- Add chicken to a large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Press out the extra air in the zip-top bag and seal. Squeeze the chicken in the bag, to make sure all chicken is covered in marinade.

Grilled garlic, chilies & oregano steak
Ingredients:
8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 Anaheim chile peppers, stems removed, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/2 cup canola oil
3 1-inch-thick bone-in rib-eye steaks
sea salt and coarsely ground pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together 1 all the ingredients.
- Add steak to a large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the steak.
- Press out the extra air in the zip-top bag and seal. Squeeze the chicken in the bag, to make sure all steak is covered in marinade.
- Place the bag in the freezer.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator the night before to allow it to defrost.
- Grill steak until desired temperature.
