
Lemon Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chicken stock
2-4 chicken breast
AFTER REDUCING SAUCE:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Place first 6 ingredients in a Ziploc bag and freeze.
- Dump frozen ingredients in crockpot and set to keep warm for the entire day.
- When ready remove chicken and place liquid in a saucepan to reduce sauce.
- Add last three ingredients to thickened sauce.
- Serve with brown rice or brown rice noodles.
- Enjoy!
Crockpot Sundried Tomato pork
1 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes drained from oil and thinly chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pork loin
2 cloves garlic minced
AFTER REDUCING SAUCE
1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Place first 6 ingredients in a Ziploc bag and freeze.
- Dump frozen ingredients in crockpot and set to keep warm for the entire day.
- When ready remove pork and place liquid in a saucepan to reduce sauce.
- Add last three ingredients to thickened sauce.
- Serve with brown rice or brown rice noodles.
