Ingredients
Cedar planks (soaked in water at least 2 hours)
2 Chicken breast
2 Salmon fillets
Chicken seasoning – I use this one.
Fish seasoning – I use this one.
1-3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Massage meat with extra virgin olive oil and season with appropriate seasoning.
- Place meat on cedar plank and grill on medium heat.
- Enjoy!
