2018 Week 20 Grilled Mustard Chicken

Ingredients 

3 crushed garlic cloves

1.5 tsp salt 

1/2 cup coconut sugar 

3 TBSP grainy gluten free mustard 

1/4 cup cider vinegar 

1 lime, juiced 

1/2 lemon, juiced 

6 TBSP EVOO 

Pepper to taste 

6 Chicken breast or thighs 

Directions 

  1. Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl or ziploc bag. 
  2. Season chicken with pepper. 
  3. Marinate chicken in liquid several hours or overnight. 
  4. Grill chicken until cooked through. 
  5. Enjoy!
