2018 Week 4 Broccoli cheese muffins

Ingredients 

2 TBSP Ghee 

1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped 

2 cups almond flour 

1 scoop No Whey pea protein powder 

2 eggs

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

2 TBPS shredded cheddar cheese 

1 tsp baking powder

1/2  tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. 
  2. Grease large muffin tin. 
  3. Stir together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 
  4. Spoon mixture into muffin tins.  
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. 
  6. Enjoy!
