Ingredients
2 TBSP Ghee
1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
2 cups almond flour
1 scoop No Whey pea protein powder
2 eggs
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 TBPS shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease large muffin tin.
- Stir together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Spoon mixture into muffin tins.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
