Ingredients
5 oz smoked salmon, torn into bite-size pieces
6 oz cold Neufchâtel cheese (or 1/3-less fat cream cheese), diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
12 eggs
1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Coat a 12 muffin tin with olive oil.
- Divide the salmon, dill, cream cheese and pepper into the muffin tin.
- Crack an egg into each muffin tin.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until eggs are set.
