Week 39 Garlic-Lime Chicken

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast 

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon almond butter

4 drops of liquid stevia 

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 8 1/2 ounce package cooked orzo 

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Heat grill to medium. 
  2. Mix all ingredients except orzo in a ziploc bag to marinate chicken.  Allow chicken to marinate a min of 30 mins. 
  3. Grill Chicken until done.  
  4. Cook orzo per package instructions.
  5. Serve chicken over orzo. 
  6. Enjoy!
