Week 39 Crockpot Deviled Chicken

INGREDIENTS

3 lbs skinless chicken breasts

2 -4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp liquid stevia

1/4 cup gluten free dijon mustard

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 -2 teaspoon curry powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Place chicken in slow cooker.

2. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

3. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low.

4. Enjoy
