Ingredients – Cake
2 cups gluten free rolled oats, ground into a flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar or 6-10 drops of liquid stevia
1 TBSP baking powder
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 scoop pea protein powder
pinch sea salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 TBSP almond butter, melted
Frosting
Cream cheese/greek Yogurt “whipped” blend
6 drops liquid stevia
1 scoop pea protein power
2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Melt almond butter.
- Whisk liquid ingredients and egg together.
- Combine dry, almond butter and liquid ingredients together.
- Spread in a 8 x 10 baking dish, lightly greased.
- Mix frosting ingredients together.
- Cut frosting ingredients into cake batter in baking dish.
- Bake 25-30 minutes.
