Week 9 Chocolate Chip protein cookies

Ingredients

2 medium ripe Bananas, mashed

1 cup of uncooked Quick Oats – I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free oats 

1/4 cup Chocolate Chips – I use Lily’s that are sweetened with stevia 

1 scoop No Whey protein powder 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray or use a non-stick silicone baking sheet.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, oats and protein powder in a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips and place a tablespoon of each on the cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
