2021 Week 13 Macadamia Protein Balls

Ingredients

1/2 cup No Whey – Pea Protein

1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut

1 cup almond butter

1/2 cup crushed up raw macadamia nuts

1 tsp. vanilla

3/4 tsp liquid stevia

2 tbsp. water

Directions:

1. Combine protein powder, desiccated coconut, crushed macadamia nuts, and stevia. Then mix well.

2. Add almond butter and vanilla essence, then combine well.

3. Add a tablespoon of water per time to get the mixture to the right sticky consistency.

4. Roll mixture into 20 balls

5. Refrigerate for a 1/2 an hour before enjoying.
