2021 Week 8 Garlic Parmesan Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chicken broth

2 lbs. chicken thighs or chicken breast

Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

1 lb. green beans

5 cloves for garlic, chopped

2 TBSP chopped fresh thyme or 1.5 tsp dried thyme

Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Chopped fresh parsley, for serving

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot, then cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.
  2. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley and serve.
