Ingredients
1 – 6 ounce salmon
1 – 6 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup dry white wine
2 shallots, minced
3 TBSP minced dill
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 Cup gluten-free dijon mustard
2 TBSP honey
1/8 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees.
- Place salmon and chicken in a large, deep glass pan, sprinkle with pepper and minced shallots.
- Cover salmon and chicken with wine.
- While salmon and chicken is baking, in a small bowl mix together the dill, yogurt, mustard, honey and lemon juice until smooth.
- Once salmon and chicken is done, serve with the mustard sauce over the top of each.
