Makes 18 bites
Ingredients
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup chunky almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup (you can also use local honey!)
2 scoops No Whey pea protein powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
- Scoop out approximately 18 balls with a small cookie scooper. Roll balls for even sizing.
