2020 Week 24 Baked eggs in bread

Ingredients 

7 gluten free rolls

7 large eggs

7 tsp greek yogurt 

salt and pepper 

7 tsp chives

salt and pepper 

7 tsp parmesan cheese 

Directions

  1. Slice off the top of each dinner roll.  
  2. Gently remove some bread inside until there is enough to accommodate an egg. 
  3. Arrange rolls on a baking sheet.
  4. Reserve tops.
  5. Mix eggs and yogurt together in a bowl with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Divide eggs into each roll. 
  7. Bake at 350 until eggs are set and bread is toasted.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and chives.
  9. Toast roll tops in oven.
  10. Enjoy!
