2020 Week 21 Grilled, dry rub chicken

Ingredients

1 cup coconut sugar
2 TBSP sea salt
1 TBSP ground oregano
1 TBSP ground basil
1.5 TBSP lemon pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2.5 TBSP onion powder
.5 TBSP paprika
.5 TBSP chili powder
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Chicken of your choice (I use Chicken breast or thighs)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Rub mixture on both sides of chicken. Allow to sit for a min. of 30 minutes.
  3. Grill over medium heat until completely cooked.
  4. Enjoy.
