2020 Week 21 Chocolate protein bites

Ingredients

16 dates, pitted
2 TBSP Cocoa powder
1 cup cashews
2 tsp unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 scoop No Whey protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a dough starts to form.
  2. Roll into 12 balls, rolling each one in almond meal.
  3. Refrigerate and enjoy through out the week!
