2020 Week 17 Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients 

½ cup greek yogurt

½ cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup vanilla almond milk

3 teaspoons coconut sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon cream cheese/greek yogurt, softened

1 tsp vanilla

1 scoop No Whey Protein Powder (pea protein)

Instructions 

  1. Combine greek yogurt, oats, almond milk, coconut sugar and cinnamon in a sealable container (I use a mason jar) and stir until smooth.
  2. Last stir in softened cream cheese mixture to oat mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. Enjoy!
