2020 Week 15 Gluten Free Turkey, goat cheese and jam Sandwich

Ingredients

All Natural Turkey slices

Goat cheese, my favorite to use is the honey flavor

Jam or jelly of your choice

Gluten free bread, toasted

Instructions

  1. Toast bread slices
  2. Spread a layer of goat cheese on one slice of bread.
  3. Spread a layer of jam/jelly on the other slide of bread.
  4. Layer turkey slices on top of goat cheese.
  5. Assemble with both slices of bread.
  6. Enjoy!
