2020 Week 6 Avocado Toast

Ingredients

5 eggs (fried to your personal preference)

5 slices of sprouted or gluten free bread (toasted)

5 mini containers of guacamole

sea salt + black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare toast and fried eggs to personal preference.
  2. Spread avocado evenly on each slice of toast then top each with a fried egg and any additional seasonings you prefer at breakfast time.  
  3. Enjoy!
