Welcome to the 14-day challenge! 

This challenge was designed to be gluten and sugar free.  It was also designed to help you start your 2020 the healthy way.  The 14-day challenge will include videos, recipes and a suggested exercise plan.  Here’s to your healthiest year yet!

*Please note each day calorie intake has been calculated between 1,250 to 1,400 calories.

 

Day 1

Breakfast – Loaded egg muffin

AM Snack – Raspberry overnight oatmeal

Lunch – Tomato soup

PM Snack – Broccoli Florets with avocado dip

Dinner – Cajun Salmon & Chicken with Remoudale, served with cauliflower salad and green beans

Day 2

Breakfast – Loaded egg muffin

AM Snack – Raspberry overnight oatmeal

Lunch – Zucchini Noodle Pasta

PM Snack – Broccoli Florets with avocado dip

Dinner – Nicoise Salad with grilled chicken

Day 3

Breakfast – Loaded egg muffin

AM Snack – Raspberry overnight oatmeal

Lunch – Zucchini Noodle Pasta

PM Snack – Broccoli Florets with avocado dip

Dinner – Brown rice bowls with roasted vegetables and fried eggs

Day 4

Breakfast – Loaded egg muffin

Dinner – Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers with cauliflower or broccoli fries
