2020 New Year 14-day Challenge Grocery List

The shopping list below is for week 1 – Day 1 through Day 8

Produce

  • 1 bag of organic broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch of Scallions
  • 1 container of raspberries
  • 3 avocado
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 small shallot
  • 7 large shallots
  • 1-pound asparagus spears
  • 8 cups zucchini noodles (3 medium zucchini’s)
  • 2 x 8 oz. Mushrooms
  • 6 oz. cremini mushrooms
  • 3 large onion
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups spring mix salad greens
  • Green beans
  • Red baby potatoes (sub cauliflower)
  • Grape tomatoes
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 3 cups kale
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 container prepared pico de gallo
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 package cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup chopped celery

 

Deli

  • 12 oz. top round steak, thinly sliced (roast beef)
  • 2 6 oz. cooked chicken breast
  • 1 block of mild or sharp cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Reduced fat feta cheese
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese

  • Uncured, no sugar added pork, turkey or chicken bacon
  • 2 5oz Salmon fillets (fresh or frozen, thawed) skin and pin bones removed
  • 8 5oz thin Chicken breast
  • 1-pound lean ground turkey or chicken
