INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup brown sugar, loosely packed

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons liquid aminos

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves garlic, smashed

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoons sea salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the grill marinade: Whisk or shake to combine.
  2. Marinate: Pour the all-purpose marinade over your meat or veggies of choice. Marinate for at least 6 hours or up to overnight.
  3. Grill as desired. Enjoy!

Pork chops

Sugar and bourbon pork chop marinade

INGREDIENTS

Pork Chops

½ cup bourbon

⅓ cup coconut sugar

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons sea salt

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 tablespoon freshly chopped)

optional: pinch crushed red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the grill marinade: Whisk or shake to combine.
  2. Marinate: Pour the all-purpose marinade over your meat or veggies of choice. Marinate for at least 6 hours or up to overnight.

1 large lemon, zested & juiced

3 cloves garlic, smashed

1 tablespoon ground coriander

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoons sea salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

optional: pinch crushed red chili flakes

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper
