Ingredients
Betsy’s Cashew butter – I used this one with toasted coconut and chia seeds!
3/4 cup almond flour
1 scoop No Whey – pea protein powder
1/4 cup Honey
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Scoop with small cookie dough scooper and place in a to go container.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
