Ingredients
1 Cup Cashew butter
1/3 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup No Whey, pea protein powder
Pinch Sea Salt, (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly then refrigerate for 30 minutes. (This will make it easier to handle and roll into balls)
- Roll mixture into walnut sized balls. (if mixture is sticking to your hands add a little more almond flour until it stops sticking)
- Seal in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator. The balls will firm up after 4-6 hours in the fridge.
