2019 Week 29, 30 & 31 Cashew butter protein balls

Ingredients

1 Cup Cashew butter

1/3 Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Almond Flour

1/4 Cup No Whey, pea protein powder 

Pinch Sea Salt, (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly then refrigerate for 30 minutes. (This will make it easier to handle and roll into balls)
  2. Roll mixture into walnut sized balls. (if mixture is sticking to your hands add a little more almond flour until it stops sticking)
  3. Seal in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator. The balls will firm up after 4-6 hours in the fridge.
  4. Enjoy!
