2019 Week 23 Pistachio Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Matcha

1 scoop No Whey – Pea Protein powder 

1.5 cups raw or dry roasted unsalted pistachios (no shells)

8oz medjool dates, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until ingredients are evenly combined and a sticky texture is reached.
  2. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll it into .5 inch to 1 inch balls (whichever size you prefer).
  3. Repeat until mixture is entirely used up.
  4. Enjoy!
