INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Matcha
1 scoop No Whey – Pea Protein powder
1.5 cups raw or dry roasted unsalted pistachios (no shells)
8oz medjool dates, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until ingredients are evenly combined and a sticky texture is reached.
- Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll it into .5 inch to 1 inch balls (whichever size you prefer).
- Repeat until mixture is entirely used up.
