2019 Week 22 Grilled Cold Brew Steak

Ingredients 

3/4 cup cold brew coffee (or any strong coffee)

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon each: Dijon mustard and freshly-cracked black pepper

1/2 teaspoon each: garlic powder and onion powder

Steak of choice 

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl or ziploc bag and marinate or freeze. 
  2. Grill over medium heat until desired temp is reached. 
  3. Enjoy!
