2019 Week 17 Antioxidant Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients 

Grilled chicken – you can also use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken

Mixed berries 

sprouts 

carrots

almonds 

goat cheese 

flax or chia seeds 

mixed greens 

balsamic vinaigrette 

Instructions 

Start with white balsamic vinaigrette. Layer in mixed berries, sprouts, carrots, almonds, goat cheese, flax seeds, and mixed greens.
