2019 Week 7 Homemade bread sandwiches

Ingredients 

1/2 cup Butter, melted or ghee 

2 TBSP Coconut Oil, melted 

7 Large Eggs 

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 scoop No Whey – pea protein powder  

2 cups Almond Meal (I use the super fine) 

1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum 

1/2 teaspoon Salt 

Instructions 

Simple Method

1. Preheat oven to 355. 

2. Put the eggs into a bowl and beat for 1 – 2 mins on high.

3. Add coconut oil and melted butter/ghee to eggs, continue beating.

4. Add remaining ingredients. Will become quite thick

5. Scrape into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.

6. Bake for 45 minutes. 

7. Fill with lunch meat of your choice and/or cheese. 

8. Enjoy!
