2019 Week 5 Rosemary Chicken Salad

Ingredients 

2/3 cup chopped cooked skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper

1.5 TBSP Greek Yogurt

1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary

A dash each of sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

Directions 

  1. Gently stir all ingredients together.  Serve over 2 cups of your choice of greens.
  2. Enjoy!
