2019 Week 4 Protein Power Balls

Ingredients

1/3 cup PB2

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup of oats

1/2 cup of brown rice crisped rice

2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

one scoop No Whey (pea protein powder) 

24 chocolate chips (Lily’s chocolate chips) 

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix together PB2, 3 tablespoons of water, and honey. Stir until combined.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all dry ingredients except chocolate chips.
  3. Then pour the PB2 mix in the dry ingredients and mix until combined. It might be hard
  4. to mix so don’t be afraid to get in there with your hands.
  5. Then divide dough into 8 portions and roll into balls. Stick 3 chocolate chips into each ball.
  6. Enjoy!
