Canned black beans, rinsed

Cooked brown rice and quinoa

Hummus

Avocado, diced

Pico de gallo

Arugula

Directions

  1. Layer Mason jar in the following order black beans, rice/quinoa, hummus, pico, avocado, and arugula.
